Positive: It has a great location on a pretty beach and is well maintained when it comes to cleaning services - rooms and all areas. Staff are very nice and professional. Any service requests were usually responded to quickly and in a pleasant manner. Tasty food and good choice in the buffet. Evening entertainment was good although very loud - note that this is not a place for someone sensitive to loud music.

Negative: Dated rooms - very clean but definitely require refreshment and fixing. Very loud entertainment in sports bar and in the reception areas making it overlapping and very chaotic and impossible to enjoy a drink and a chat there in the evening. Restaurants were the biggest disappointment - they are hard to book for early slots and the food there was not great - especially avoid “italian” one which was not italian at all. having been given a table at 10pm we were unpleasantly rushed by the server through our meal - luckily this was our only almost rude interaction with staff. We booked few months innadvance with our family and asked for rooms close to each other - we were put on different floors and sides of the hotel
