Summary: I think if they got a manager at this facility, it would greatly improve. Their lack of detail at this hotel is incredible. The pool tiles were literally turning green. The lawn chairs were filthy and had not been washed in what looked like years. Disgusting you wouldn't lay on them. The fake grass around the pool was also very dirty, There was trash, cigarette butts, napkins,bottle caps that never got picked up in the two weeks I was there.
The Wi-Fi was horrible bad at best, they do serve breakfast in the morning. It's 180 pesos for eggs, which is kind of expensive. And the lady cooking was not friendly at all. She Didn't even say good morning so I wasn't going to eat there.
A few of the staff were friendly, but the guys running the taco carts outside are friendlier than the hotel staff. I did like my room. It was very large had a small kitchen, two bathrooms and a little balcony. Downside, It was very bright and very loud from the street noise. I only had my room cleaned a few times and two of the times my bed felt like it had sand in it. They do allow dogs, which was great.
My experience was everybody at that hotel did as little as possible and their accommodating guest was as little as possible.
With hundreds of hotels, hostels and places to stay I think if you want to stick out from the crowd, you need the little details taken care of.

Summary: What a fantastic stay. The staff here go above and beyond always friendly and willing to help. The building has real charm, and everything was kept very clean. I had a relaxing time by the pool and would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: At first, I felt a bit hesitant about making the reservation since the hotel has both positive and negative reviews. However, a friend of mine who is a frequent guest recommended it to me. Upon arrival, my perception changed for the better: while it is not a new hotel, it has a very convenient location, the staff was always attentive, I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, and the room was comfortable, decent, and very clean. Without a doubt, I recommend this hotel and will definitely return. They also offer reliable internet service and hot water

Summary: I loved the authentic Mexican vibe of this hotel. It felt like a home away from home. The décor, and the quiet courtyard were all lovely. Every staff member we met was warm and professional. 10/10 would stay again!

Summary: Superb stay! The hotel is in a great area for walking around and exploring. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room. Excellent value!

Summary: We have gone to this hotel several times. This time we had a few problems one was not the fault of the hotel. The weather was rainy and the last night we had no electric. We did have a leak y toilet. The air conditioner cooled the bedroom but it took quite a while. Diageo did his best to solve our problems. All in all it was a good vacation. We had a tasty breakfast thank you Norma
