Positive: Location was excellent. Really liked that there was a place downstairs to get something to eat. Pool was exceptional

Negative: Getting into the unit was very incredibly difficult - it took over an hour & was fortunate that a resident was able to help me. Unclear which elevator to take. The code to the unit did not work. Found out there was a door fob the day before I left -it was in a drawer. There were so many different remotes & switches without any instructions. It would have been very helpful if there was an instruction sheet -even figuring out how to open the patio door was challenging.

Summary: Apart from the logistical challenges, the stay was perfect!
