PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it — we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.

Is there construction activity at Paradise Cove? Paradise Cove is in its final stages of development and some activity occurs during weekday daytime hours. Rates reflect this. The beach, pool, pickleball courts, and all current amenities remain fully accessible throughout.
Is there much walking involved? Paradise Cove is a beautifully landscaped hillside community. A complimentary on-demand shuttle runs throughout the complex for those who prefer an easier journey.
How does beach access work? Tejón Beach is a 5-10 minute walk within the development, calm, naturally sheltered, and ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
