We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. --IMPORTANT: The Aria Ocean elevator currently ascends smoothly from the first to the tenth floor. If you wish to descend, please use the stairs to the ninth floor and from there take the lift down. This arrangement is in accordance with the configuration of the condominium. We recommend that you take precautions in case of any inconvenience. --IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading

Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
