Our Home was built in 2004, Vaulted ceilings and recently updated with interior paint, new carpet/tile throughout. Great size family room with 42" LCD TV/DVD and WiFi. Opens up to kitchen with all the conveniences of home(fully equipped kitchen). Kitchen nook with Bay window and table w/4 chairs. Island w/2 swivel bar stools. Formal dining area has Table & 6 chairs with a matching serving cart. Sitting area with two oversized chairs & ottoman for when you feel like curling up and reading a good book. Large master bedroom with King size bedroom set, has walk in closet, soaking tub, separate shower/toilet & double sinks. bath & bedroom linens. Ceiling fans in each Bedroom and all of our beds are comfortable. Covered patio w/patio table & 4 chairs, Gas Stainless Steel BBQ Grill. Spacious back yard. This is a 'No Smoking' zone home. Free access to 3 Community Pools, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs/Spas, Parks, Lighted Tennis & Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Walking Paths, a free Play Pitch & Putt golf course. Also, this Community is surrounded by a Champion Golf Course with reasonable fees.
