The family room that boasts a cozy fireplace & the main bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. There is an expansive backyard complete w/ a sparkling pool/spa.
There is a $1,000 utility deposit charged to all bookings. The owner pays the first $250 per month for utilities. Anything over this amount will be deducted from the deposit. Any unused deposit will be refunded back to the guest.
