Summary: Ubud is Amazing and The Luxe is the cherry on top! From pick-up (on the scooters) to check-in(delicious welcome drinks) to the staff being the best and most attentive staff on the planet to checkout, EVERYBODY and EVERYTHING about this stay was SUPERB! We've traveled all over the world and this is the most hospitable and welcoming hotel out there! Always willing to help, always greeting you with smiles, and sincerely asking how your day was. The room was phenomenal, turn down service in the evening is a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about this place, truly an excellent experience and we'll ALWAYS stay at The Luxe whenever we're lucky enough to return Ubud and it's wonderful staff! Thanks again Yuri, Madu, and the rest of the staff. Keep smiling and being yourselves, you're wonderful people!
