La casa es ideal para 6 huéspedes y es pet friendly (con costo extra por mascota). cuenta con un jardín grandísimo para que tu perrito también se la pase muy bien, la alberca no se encuentra dentro de la propiedad, es parte del club de playa del fraccionamiento y es para uso de todos los residentes. solo tenemos 5 accesos sin costo por casa, si requieres uno extra tendrá un costo. podrás llegar a él muy rápido caminando, toda la casa se encuentra climatizada, acceso para huéspedes, la propiedad es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes durante su estancia y no se comparte ningún área con alguna otra persona, los huéspedes podrás hacer uso del club de playa, este es para el uso de todos los residentes del fraccionamiento y se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie. el horario del club de playa es de 11.00am a 5.00pm. tambien se puede acceder al pool center, ubicado a un costado de la caseta de lomas del mar, todos los residentes contamos con 5 accesos al club de playa. si deseas más tienen un costo de $80.00 cada uno por día. si lo requieres avísanos para notificar a la administración, el pago se hace directamente con ellos con tarjeta de crédito / débito o transferencia. horario de l-v de 10.00 am a 4.00 pm y sabado de 10.00 am a 12.00pmthis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host
