Positive: Everything about the property and our apartment during our two-night stay was wonderful. Dorita, housekeeper, welcomed us upon our arrival. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. The location is great - near the Malecón but slightly outside the main hub so more tranquil setting. Everything was within walking distance. The reserved parking was great. We also got a great rate for our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Negative: They do not accommodate late check out after 11:00AM check out time. As far as we could tell we were the only guests there (didn’t see any other cars parked or guests in 8 apt building) and were told we’d need to book another night to check out later. We were going to go fishing in the morning but we ended up having to cancel since my husband got food poisoning.
