Sleeping Arrangements
All 3 of our bedrooms feature king-sized beds with smart TVs installed, perfect for families, groups, and business travelers. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
A deluxe rollaway bed (with memory foam mattress) and queen air mattresses are available upon request to comfortably accommodate extra guests.
Bathroom
Both of our 2 full bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for your stay.
Parking
Parking is provided within the premises of our home. The driveway can fit approximately 3 to 4 cars depending on size. RV parking is available.
Kitchen Area
Play chef in our master-chef kitchen! The kitchen is equipped with high-end furnishings and appliances plus all essential amenities including dining utensils, cooking utensils, coffee, coffee maker, fridge, wine fridge, oven, stove, pot filler faucet, and more.
Living Area
Relax in our spacious living area equipped with a 70-inch smart TV, ideal for movie nights and group gatherings.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entirety of the home. The supply closet is the only area that is off-limits.

Pool Heating:
Pool heat is available for $100 per night, with a minimum of two consecutive nights. Please request 24 hours in advance.
Notes for the Pool:
- Children's lifejackets, beach chairs, and pool towels are provided
- Pool Vacuum is required to be inside the pool when the pool is not in use to maintain cleanliness.

Late check-out:
Free when approved by our cleaning team and when there are no back-to-back reservations requiring turnover time.

Mid-stay Clean
A starter cleaning kit is provided with essential supplies.
Additional supplies beyond the starter kit will need to be provided by the guest.
Mid-stay cleaning is available at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee and includes full cleaning, linen changes, disinfection, and restocking of the starter kit.

Additional Amenities/Special Requests
Requests for a deluxe rollaway bed (with memory foam mattress), air mattresses, or a Pack ’n Play must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in. This allows proper preparation for your arrival. Requests made without sufficient notice may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Mailboxes
Guests are not permitted to use on-site mailboxes. Amazon packages may be delivered directly to the door. Nearby post office boxes may be used for mail. Hosts are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
